Maintenance Report

-       Kevin Mazzei presented the maintenance report.

-       We will start the year with watering the same as the prior year. This is a reduction of normal watering levels. The amount of watering done this year will be determined by the amount of rain that we get to fill our reserve ponds.

-       Water conditions will be posted in the clubhouse so that members will know what to expect for grass heights on the course. These conditions will be updated throughout the season as necessary.

-       The 90-degree rule will be implemented this season. This means that golfers will stay on the cart path until they are 90 degrees from their ball, where they will then drive to their ball, hit the ball, and then return to the cart path. The rough will act as a cart path for holes where this isn’t a cart path.

-       Madge Farms has volunteered to spray weeds on the course. This will be done in the fall as that will be the most effective time.

Motion to investigate movement of water intake on Kyle and Tammy Rosin’s land, as well as have a discussion with Garth Carl made by Tyler Price. Carried.

Motion to approve Maintenance Report made by Terry Duchcherer. Carried.

Clubhouse Report

-       Rob Fulton presented the clubhouse report.

-       Rob discussed the plan to cut back kitchen hours this year. The planned kitchen hours this year will be 10am-7pm. These are subject to change based on demand.

-       April 27 will be the opening day at the course. Only the old nine will be open at this time. The full eighteen holes will be open on May 4.

-       We are working on getting all member’s emails into our new POS system so that course updates can be emailed to members.

-       Jan Williams has asked that the bylaws be posted online for everyone to see.

-       Our course has been added to Golf Pass for the year.
